Speaking of data, we’ll keep consistent records of your progress, using body composition readings, self-reports, monitored tracking, and more to stay on top of your journey and make sure we’re getting it right. We’ll keep track of everything from food and exercise to sleep, stress, and digestive health.

Every ThinkWell client will receive a detailed blueprint of exactly what changes to make to meet their goals. Life often requires flexibility, however, so you’ll also graduate from coaching with a decision-making framework in place that allows you to find balance while still maintaining progress.
